Recommendations for Potential New Members are more important than ever this year with the Pandemic. Many chapters will be holding virtual recruitment sessions, so submitting information on women for review in advance is critical.
If you need to write a sponsor form for a young woman going through recruitment, visit the national website at this LINK and click Recommendation Form in the Quick Tools section. You will need to log into your Delta Gamma account to access the form. It is easiest and most effective to submit the form online.
While some recruitment dates may be altered due to COVID-19, it is still recommended that forms be submitted within the next few weeks for any schools that traditionally hold recruitment in the fall.

We track the number of sponsor forms submitted by local alumnae, so please send the name of the Potential New Member, high school attended, and college attending to the following:

Helpful Hints for Completing a Recommendation Form
• Gather all the information you will need before writing. Information requested includes: potential new member contact information, GPA (if possible), photo (if possible), activities, honors, interests, etc.
• Your personal comments and examples are invaluable. Please be as descriptive as possible. Sharing why she is passionate about a particular interest or activity is helpful in addition to knowing what she likes to do.
• Be prompt in submitting forms. Begin submitting them now. Many chapters begin recruitment in early August and need time to review and share information about the PNM with chapter members in advance of recruitment.
