It’s time to submit recommendations for fall recruitment! If you know a young woman starting college and going through recruitment, please consider filling out a recommendation form for Delta Gamma for them. All recommendations should be completed online. Use this link to find the online recommendation form as well as a guide to completing the form.

There are some new changes to the process. The form no longer allows pictures or supporting documentation to be uploaded. Current collegians are now eligible to fill out recommendations for Potential New Members. Non-Delta Gammas can also write a recommendation, but these must be submitted in addition to one from a Delta Gamma.

Please email Sarah Biles with any questions, and please let her know if you have submitted a recommendation for a PNM. We like to track all those submitted from this area. Please include the name of the PNM, college attending and the high school she graduated from.

Helpful Hints for Completing a Recommendation Form

• Gather all the information you will need before writing. Information requested includes: potential new member contact information, GPA (if possible), activities, honors, interests, etc.

• Your personal comments and examples are invaluable. Please be as descriptive as possible. Sharing why she is passionate about a particular interest or activity is helpful in addition to knowing what she likes to do.

• Be prompt in submitting forms. Begin submitting them now. Many chapters begin recruitment in early August and need time to review and share information about the PNM with chapter members in advance of recruitment.
