Alphapointe Volunteer Opportunities
So many opportunities for Service for Sight Hours at Alphapointe!
Kids in the Kitchen
KITK will run the second Saturday of each month beginning October and ending in May 2026 with the graduation event. Sean Walsh and Grand Street Cafe are sponsoring KITK this year, meaning more technique-based education, more focus on healthy meal planning, and new focus on meal prep and identifying individual areas of accommodation. There will also be some additional mini events, including opportunities to bake and grocery shop, that will focus on expanding KITK core curriculum skills. This year will be a huge shakeup from years past. Look for a registration link coming soon or call Beth Kelloff for more information.

Alphapointe Support
Alphapointe has been in the news lately. They especially need us to be their advocates at this time. We have been a part of this organizations from early days. We continue to be part of volunteering and fundraising for Alphapointe. You can see more about our efforts in supporting Alphapointe in the press and in the president's message. We must continue to support our local philanthropies, Alphapointe and CCVI. They are part of our KCDG legacy.
